Covering nearly one block, the first one in Piraeus - one of the most ancient Mediterranean harbors - this building was designed like a new ark that will assemble and protect memories and articles. The building's name couldn't be other than PHAROS ( lighthouse ), standing at the entrance of every harbor. Besides, The Pharos of Alexandria was one of the seven miracles of the world. Another ancient Greek harbor, connected with the one of Piraeus. In the entrance of PHAROS, an aquatic line magnetizes you. It flows along a wall that resembles the ancient fortifications of Piraeus. The indigo blue color combined with the grey, steamboat like color on the building's facades, along with their geometric recessions and extrusions generate the illusion of being in front of a magnified ship detail. The hallways give you the feeling of walking along the wooden decks of a ship, trying to find your cabin. A swimming pool and a small court on the terrace "deck" offer pleasure and infinite views of the harbor. The journey is not over yet ...
